
Dad had the Roasted “Plum Creek Farms” chicken: blue cheese and walnut stuffed chicken breast topped with caramelized onion pear sauce; served with sautéed green beans and mashed sweet potatoes. Mom had the Asian Sea Grill with furikake scallops, red pepper-crusted shrimp, Korean barbeque salmon; served with sautéed green beans and coconut jasmine rice. Yum!
Evan also enjoyed a special dinner -- at Aunt Carla's, where they dined on breakfast fare: scrambled eggs with bacon bits, English muffins, peaches and strawberries with cream, and canteloupe. For dessert: ice cream bars. The reviewer deemed the meal scrumptious!
