Saturday evening, we spent a little time at the 2008 Celebrate Lincoln Ethnic Festival downtown. We finally were able to sample some of The Peacock's offerings - yummy, spicy, good. We played games at the Lincoln Literacy Council, UNL Russian Club & Department of Modern Languages, Wells Fargo, and Time Warner booths, Evan also enjoyed a shave ice, and we listened to Michael Opoku's music group, Ashanti.
Good stuff. There is actually some diversity in Lincoln.
